Refund Policy

At Kill Joy, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Eligibility for Refund

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
• Refunds will only be issued for products that were purchased directly from Kill Joy.
• Shipping is non refundable.
• Shipping for change of mind purchases is at the purchasers expense.

Process for Refund

• Contact our customer service team at sales@killjoy.co.nz to initiate the refund process.
• Provide an order number and a brief explanation of the reason for refund.
• Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 -10 business days to the original form of payment

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

• If the product is damaged or defective, Kill Joy will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to the customer.
• If the customer received an incorrect product, Kill Joy will cover the cost of return shipping and provide the correct product at no additional cost.
