Kill Joy is an online gothic and alternative fashion store based in Christchurch, New Zealand. We offer a curated collection of gothic-inspired clothing ,accessories and home decor items for those who embrace the darkness and seek to express their individuality.

Are all of your products listed in stock?

Yes, all of the products on our webstore are in stock in our Christchurch warehouse and ready to ship NZ wide.

How do I work out the correct size?

Please refer to the size chart for each clothing item you review. This is found on the product page and is specific to brand and product type. M in one brand does not necessary mean the same for another stock brand for example.

What brands do you stock?

We currently stock Sourpuss, Punk Rave, Restyle, Akumu Ink, Pamela Mann, Alchemy Gothic and Kreepsville 666 among others. You can find out more about each brand on the specific brand page. We are constantly looking to expand our range of available brands

What is your shipping policy?

We endeavor to process and ship orders out within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends). We use NZ Post tracked service and have the option for signature required.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for items that are in their original condition, unused and with all packaging intact within 14 days of original purchase date. For more information check out our return policy.

What if you don't have my size in stock?

If you see something you like and it is out of stock or we don't have your size, please let us know as we may be able to order it in for you.
